JOB DUTIES

Report to Japanese Marketing Manager

Assigned to Marketing Department

Main Tasks:

1.Being responsible for Sales/ Marketing activities including: 

-Strengthening and expanding the relationship with existing clients, especially Japanese Top Management to ensure 100% renewal 

-Maintaining good service quality and relationship with existing Japanese clients by calling/ visiting 

-Providing consultancy on insurance knowledge to satisfy clients’ concern 

-Working on renewal program and following up until confirmation 

-Preparing presentation materials/ Insurance quotation to the Japanese clients 

-Coordinating with Claims Department to support Japanese clients 

-Increasing premium income and underwriting profit among existing clients 

-Getting new premium 

-Approaching new clients and building up the relationship with Person in Charge 

-Visiting potential Japanese clients pro-actively 

2.Assistance to Management as instructed


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Any

-Age: Under 28 years old 

-Qualification: Bachelor Degree majored in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration

-Language Skills: Japanese equivalent to N1.

English fluent

-Experience: 1 year working at Japanese companies as a Sales/ Marketing positions.

-Good background of Sales & Marketing

-Computer skills: Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point) 

-Other skills: Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, management and good marketing skills 

-Characteristics: High responsibility, passion to work, stabilization
