JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese manager /Japanese vice director
Main Tasks:
-Supervise production, control and report about production situation.
-Schedule daily, weekly and monthly production plan.
-Coordinate with Warehouse department to make sure raw materials are ready for production with enough quality and quantity.
-Control production machines and equipment.
-Solve all the problems happened during production process.
-Making sure that product are produced on time and are of good quality.
-Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
-Make innovation activities in production field.
-Cost down activities.
-Manage subordinates and their performance.
-Ensuring that company rules and regulations, safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
-Make training schedule and periodic training on production systems.
-Making relative reports are requirement of General Manager and Vice General Director
-Other assignment to be given by the General Manager and Vice General Director
-Design and set up new processing for new part align with customer required from sale division information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: 25-40
-Education background : Graduate in Technical university or other relevant fields, prefer to mechanical background
-Experience : 3 years of experience in production management, manufacturing die cut product of PU Foam (Polyurethane foam)
-Computer skills: Fluent in AUTOCAD
-Ability to work under pressure , responsibility
