Work Location: Hai Phong Industrial Zone / Dinh Vu Industrial Zone

Work Time:

-Monday - Friday (8:30~17:30)

-Saturday (8:30~17:30) on 2nd and 4th weeks

Salary Range: Gross 500-1000 USD per month (negotiable)

Allowance(s): Travel allowance (150,000~300,000 VND per day)

Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES

Report to Japanese & Vietnamese Managers

Main Tasks:

-Read and understand M&E drawings e.g. power cable tray system, lighting system, etc.

-Design, draw the drawing design and build up the construction design

-Extract the amount of materials, make schedules and cost estimates for construction of M&E systems

-Supervise contractors, constructions at site

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Male preferable

-Age: Any

-Qualification: Diploma’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

-Language Skills:English business level (able to read drawings and understand the abbreviations in the M&E sector)

-Understand related methods of M&E construction and installation such as installation of piping, equipment, etc.

-Able to use AutoCAD and MS (Word, Excel)

-Experience in supervising the construction of M&E systems in the construction project of factories, buildings, etc.

-Understand related regulations such as TCVN, ASTM, JIS, DIN, ASME, API, ISO, etc.

Preferable:

-Understand related industries to M&E such as air conditioning, chiller, AHU, fire-protection system, water supply, etc.

-Has certificate of construction supervision (to supervise site safety) or mechanical/electrical system designs

-Enthusiastic and eager to learn on-the-spot

-High sense of responsibility and ambitious

-Good team work skills and can work under pressure
