-Monday - Friday (8:30~17:30)

-Saturday (full day once per month)

Salary Range: Gross 500-750 USD per month

Allowance(s): Governed under VN law and company’s regulations

Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES

Report to Japanese Director

Assigned to team with 2 Sales Executives (female)

Main Tasks:

Company’s mission is to contribute to architectural culture of Vietnam by expanding business in the field of architectural paint and coating. Candidate has to:

-Responsible for achieving sales and marketing targets with monthly and annual sales planning

-Visit clients (architects, developers, owners, contractors, etc.) to propose wide range of products, generate profit and find new customers

-Submit quotations, solutions and respond to customers’ inquiries

-Negotiate and liaise with customers on prices, contracts, etc.

-Follow up existing customers to maintain relationship

-Follow ongoing projects

-Provide marketing support e.g. holding seminars, information product launch, etc.

-Prepare and conduct a product presentation to customer

-Visit job site with supervisor to check the surface and the area

-Handle day to day sales activities: get inquiries, quotation preparation, monitoring delivery and after-sales service

-Plan and execute tactical sales action plans to achieve sales target and performance by increasing the sales and profit margin

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Female preferable

-Age: 23-29

-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Architecture and other construction related fields

-Language Skills: English business level

-Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales or marketing, experience in construction field preferable

-Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills

-Self-motivated, cheerful, able to work under pressure
