JOB DUTIES

Report to Manager

Main Tasks:

-Drawing up human resource rules and regulations, and actively promote the implementation.

-Organizing and designing the company's organizational structure and ready to Fix Work Posts and Define Personnel Quota, reasonable and effective allocation of human resources.

-Responsible for establishing the company training system, training plan, implement training activities, evaluation of training effect.

-Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of performance appraisal system, the assessment results of statistics.

-Responsible for each post salary standard of check and ratify, prepare the annual salary adjustment scheme, review monthly wages.

-Responsible for the coordination of employee relations, understand the Vietnam local human resources laws and regulations and labor disputes.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Any

-Age: any

-Full-time bachelor degree or above, 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry human resources management position;

-The use of the five modules to human resource is rich in practice experience;

-Good management and organization and communication skills.

-Understand the Vietnam local labor and personnel of laws, regulations, guidelines and policies, etc.;

-Fluency in spoken and written Chinese.

-Good command of English in written and oral communication skills is a big plus
