GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: IT COMMUNICATOR
Level: Staff
Contract Term: Permanent
Expected joining date: ASAP
Work Location: Tan Binh District, HCMC
Work Time:
-Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) (1-hour break for lunch)
Allowance(s): $30 daily (equivalent to $600 monthly) during the time working in Japan
Bonus and Incentives: Pursuant to VN law
Benefit(s): Pursuant to VN law
JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Division Manager
Main Tasks:
-Translate technical document from Japanese - Vietnamese, Vietnamese – Japanese
-Contact point between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese customers via skype, email, phone
-Understand project's requirement and transmit information to engineers
-Interpret exchange information between Japanese employees and Vietnamese employees
-Be interpreter in meetings sometimes
-Will be assigned to work for a new project in Japan for 1-2 years (daily and housing allowance will be taken care of by the company)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skills: Japanese business level (at least N2)
-No working experience in IT industry required
-Ability to use searching engine and detect small differences
-Have knowledge about Japanese culture
