Work Time:
-Monday - Saturday (8:00 - 16:45)
-Off on the 2nd and 4th Saturday monthly
Salary Range: Gross 5,000 – 10,000 USD
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
Selection Process:
-1st round with JPN Director + VNM Human Resources Director
-2nd round with professionals
-3rd round with Business Division Manager
-Need to take the professional companies online test
JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Director
Main Tasks:
You will be appointed as General Director of the Company to take over the role and responsibility of Japanese Director according to the Company’s localization plan, task details are as below:
-Manage the whole factory which is composed of 10 departments (Production and Logistics, TPM = Total Productive Maintenance, QA, GA, HR, Accounting, Technology, IT, etc.)
-Responsible for the improvement for overall performance of factory.
-Need to create and manage the company’s budget as well as to report the situation frequently.
-Contact and exchange information with other overseas bases and Japan headquarter in English.
-Attend business trip to Thailand factory (once in 1-2 months)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Male
-Age: 40-49
-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
-Language skills: English Business level
-Clever person (extremely important)
-Think logically and can produce consistent results (you will be fired if you are not possible to achieve this)
-Can read and understand the company’s financial statement as well as make easy-to-understand report.
-Strong leadership skills and can listen to opinions of subordinates
-Experience in the manufacturing environment
-NOTE: Company will not consider candidate whose previous or current company is Japanese company. However, if candidate already quit the Japanese company and join Vietnamese/US/EU (non-Japanese) company instead, he/she is welcomed to apply.
Preferable:
-Top management experience in EU/USA company
-Top management experience at large company with at least 1000 employees
-Have knowledge about Toyota – Kaizen or 6σ or 5S
