JOB DUTIES
Report to Merchandise Manager
Lead team with 7 members
Main Tasks:
-This position will lead team with 7 member and responsible to ensure the achievement of key performance figures of assigned Kitchen - ware/Mon - Babe/ Furniture of each people
-Manage each Merchandiser for targeting annual sales, gross profitability and “other income” through a concerted approach in the negotiation of price/volume margin/promotional deals with suppliers and constant attention to assortment and inventory management including obsolete items.
-Besides that, market survey plays an important role in for the candidates who can give potential products to orientate for each MD to expand the Home Shopping market
-She/he will also takes initiatives to ensure our product is competitive and ensure that the budgeted sales, gross profit and other income targets are achieved.
-Daily/Monthly reports should be given to Merchandiser Manager to inform the performance of your team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Female
-Age: 30 – 32 years old
-Graduated from University with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic
-Good knowledge in Kitchen - ware/Mom - Babe/ Furniture Items
-More than 3 year experience in Buying/Purchasing products for Online Retailers (Lazada/Tiki/Adayroi/Lingo/Yes24/Muachung/Cungmua.....) or Offline Store ( Aeon, Lotte, Big C, Coopmart, Emart....)
-1 year experience or above of leader/supervisor or act like manager
-Abilities to target sale, promotion, price to achieve the sale revenue include the margin profit
-Management skill is very important for candidates
-English speaking will help you successful in this position ( Korean Speaking is a plus for you to easily pass the interview but
-It's a plus for candidates who have experience in home shopping business
