JOB DUTIES

Report to Japanese Manager

Main Tasks:

-Oversee various highly complex programs and projects, coordinate the management of multiple related projects

-Provide oversight to monitor cost, schedule and technical performance of projects while working to ensure its ultimate success

-Coordinate and manage project resources and activities as well as communicating status with customers

-Apply advanced project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes and systems in order to meet or exceed customers’ needs and expectations


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Any

-Age: Any

-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree of IT

-Language Skills:Japanese business level (N2)

-Excellent communication, facilitation and analytical skills in Japanese, both written and verbal

-Broad experience in information technology project management 

-Good leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills to lead teams and coach/advise peers and staffs

-Customer service orientation and strong teamwork skills
