Saturday: morning 8am-12pm , off twice per month

JOB DUTIES
Report to Manager
Main Tasks:
Build up team, control all Accounting & Finance function and all concerned Tax compliance.
Monthly closing and budget management.
Report the result to top management.
Accomplishes accounting human resource objective by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; communicating job experiences; planning, monitoring, appraising, job contribution recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures
Meets accounting operational standards by contributing financial information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards: resolving problems: identifying system improvement
Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirement; investing excess funds
Approves cash disbursements by verifying check amounts against invoices, authorizing checks and wire transfers
Approves ledger entries by auditing transactions
Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
Male or Female
Aged at 30-40 years
Bachelor's degree or higher in financial and accounting field
At least 5 years of experience based on financial and accounting systems
Have English language skill will be advance.
Be a professional fiscal theory, techniques, practices and procedure in Accounting.
Ability to plan and creativity job function in accordance with Accounting standard and Tax regulation.
Lead requirements sessions in order to create functional and configuration design documents for solutions, enhancements, reports, etc.
Responsible for budgeting annual costs associated with finance and accounting system
High responsibility and friendly
Willing to work in our factory zone (Hung Yen Province)
