JOB DUTIES

Report to Japanese General Director

Manages 6 staffs

Assigned to Administration Department (3 HR staffs, 3 Accountants)

Main Tasks:

-Manage overall HR & Administration functions: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit.

-Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.

-Dealing with labor union. 

-Familiar with ISO documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Any

-Age: Over 35

-Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

-Language Skills:Japanese business level 

-More than 5 years of working experience in management level
