Salary Range: Gross $500 - $1000 + Monthly Incentive
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year.
Benefit(s): Annual Leave/ Insurance based on Vietnamese law
Selection Process: Two or Three rounds
Other: The Company will provide the training for sales strategy and technical things.
JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager
Main Tasks:
Sales to the manufacturing companies (Mainly for Vietnamese engineer in Japanese factory)
Direct sales: Make the appointment, visit the customer and suggest the promotion of efficiency in the factory.
Any other duties are assigned
2-5days/week it will be required to go to the industrial park ( The company will provide the car and driver.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
Gender: Male
Age: 22-27
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Language Skills:English business level
At least 1 year experience in B to B sales or service engineer
General business manners
Stable and very hardworking person
Strong ability of suggesting and consulting.
Willing to work for a long time.
Preferable:
Have the experience in technical field
Sales experience in the same industry
Sales experience to the engineer in the factory
Have the experience to work in Japan or in Japanese companies.
