Position: SV (Same as Production Control) or SV candidate

Work Location:Mon&Fri = HCMC office, Tue to Thu = Factory (VN over all & ASEAN)
Work Time:
Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

* Performance bonus and Double pay are included.
* Salary base-up may be considered in every March.
・ Allowance(s): Business Trip (in VN 10USD per day, Oversea 30USD per day)
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
Selection Process: 2round (1st Production Manager +HR Manager, 2nd Production Head office Manager and VN General Director)
Others: Business Trip very often (every Tue-Thu, Hanoi, Cambodia, etc,,)
JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager
Main Tasks:
SVs is in charge of the delivery and quality of the product.
He / She cooperates with the production merchandisers at Tokyo to make sure products conform to company standards of qualities.
He / She also works with the suppliers to oversee production to keep delivery and quality agreed.
He / She also builds up the good relationship with factory managers with exchange of the plan of improvement of the operation.
This position can be promoted to Production Merchandiser at Tokyo after good outcome and will be Director of your country eventually.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Knowledge of apparel merchandising, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills are necessary to be a good SV.
* Frequent communication in English is necessary
* Willingness of frequent domestic/overseas business trips is big advantage
* Need to be Flexible for business trips
- Monday, Friday: Office Work(meeting, reporting)
- Tuesday-Thursday: Factory(Supervising)
