'◆Working closely with President Director to define and determine new business start from Planning, Looking for strategic location, negotiate with Government and Legal entity for permisision and other law related matters, general contractor and developer , till the business run.
◆To contact and build a good partnership with client.
[Skill and Experience]
・Min 5 years experience as a Sales in real estate development industry.
・have experience general contractors or developers or
Japanese companies
・Able to work with minimum supervise.
・Good english (Speaking and writing)
・Speed work and able to take quick decision.
[Remuneration]
- Monthly Basic Salary: (Net) 10 juta - 20 juta ※Depends on experience
