JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Purchase ducts from suppliers (i.e. 3D M＆E technology engineering J.S.C., Vietduct Joint Stock Company)
- Negotiate with supplier about price, products.
- Manage whole construction process.
- Ensure proper material, methods, and procedures were utilized.
- Schedule subcontractors and inspections, and assigned work to general contractor’s staff.
- Determines project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer's HVAC system design and installation requirements
- Inspect and observe liquids and vapor pressures with instrumentation to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments
- Reviewed subcontractor’s submission for compliance with architects and engineers specifications
- Work alongside the construction crew within the construction schedules agreed upon on commercial installations
REQUIREMENTS:
- From 28 to 40 years old
- Good English skills
- Experiences of HVAC engineer (at least 5 years)
- Experiences of project management (Factory, not Building or Apartment)
