Work Outline: Support installation or trouble shooting for Medical IT product (PACS & RIS). Provide service training for engineers in company. Configure proper configuration and solution for enhancing customer’s work flow
Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand product specification, features, and get installation and trouble shooting skills
Configure proper configuration for hardware and software
Discuss with customer for optimizing solution
Create & revise training materials, and Provide technical training in Bangkok or in other countries
Make an annual training plan, and coordinate training
Provide Installation or Trouble Shooting support on call or on site in countries
Communicate with engineers in R&D department or headquarters for finding out solutions
Make effort to have good communication with staff in countries
Make effort to enhance customers satisfaction and presence
Inform progress, make report and get consultation to or form superior
Follow Code of Conduct
Cooperate other jobs in accordance with situation, and try to enhance own responsibilities
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age 30-33 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years’ experience in Medical IT technical field
Knowledge for server network
Experience of working for IT product or IT solution company
Knowledge of PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, etc.
Be able to work in Asia Pacific countries around 2 weeks per month (Japan, USA, etc.)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ari
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 THB negotiable
