Work Outline: Responsible for building the market position in Thailand from scratch by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with potential clients and partners, collaborating with the people in Japan Headquarters
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop sales plan and tactics, and drive the growth of “Gotcha! Mall” business in Thailand
Develop local business partnership with marketing agencies as a sales channel
Generate leads and prospects of potential clients
Set and track KPIs, such as the number of users, clients (mainly retail), utilization of coupons.
Work closely with Japan team and give feedbacks on the product development
Hire people and build a strong team as business grows
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female/male, Age 30-50 years
7 years of sales experience
Proven success in developing businesses as a sales in retail industry or digital marketing agency
Team management experience
Self-disciplined and comfortable in working independently
Strong analytical/decision making and problem solving skills
Proficient in oral and written English (or Japanese) and Thai
Bachelor or a higher degree
Preferable Skill / Experience
Work experience in digital marketing agency
Communication skill in Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 70,000 – 100,000 THB Negotiable
