Work Outline: To manage the QC team and handle the customer’s complain about casting detail from production line
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage QC and reduce NG
Be in charge of negotiation with customer and customer audit
To integrated quality awareness throughout the job at all times
Ensure inspection standard follow customer requirements
Ensure the quality final products meet specification and fulfill customer requirements.
Manage and control the daily work of subordinates
Manage and control documentation of related document in QC to keep due date
Manage directly 4 subordinates which are 2 assistant managers and 2 supervisors
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male only, age between 35-50 years old
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Relate field
At least 8 years of experience as QC in Die-casting, Injection or Mold only
Knowledge of 8D Analysis, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA and ISO 9000/ISO14000/TS16949
Strong organizational and communication skill
Strong management skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels
Good command in MS-Office
Preferable Skill / Experience
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
Leadership
Japanese skill would be advantage
Languages skills
English: Communication level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) Work on Saturday twice a month
