Work Outline To manage overall functions of 2 departments: 1. Accounting 2. HR & GA
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall general accounting function, including closing monthly/quarterly/yearly account, planning budget, etc.
Responsible for overall HR & GA functions such as Recruiting, Payroll, etc.
Coordinate with oversea branches via email regarding the accounting issues (UK, Indonesia, India, and Philippine)
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-45 years
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resource, or related fields.
At least 5 years working experiences in Accounting functions
At least 5 years working experiences in HR & GA
At least 7 years working experience in Management level
Problem solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to travel to Saraburi (at least once a year)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational Level
Japanese: Business conversational Level (At least N2)
Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (08:00AM – 17:00PM) (1 Saturday per month depends on company’s calendar)
