Work Outline: Do sale and achieve sale target and coaching team to make them hit sale target
Product: Instant Noddle
Client: Traditional trade for customer in Northern, North-east region of Thailand
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising/coaching the team members to hit sales target
Responsible for presentation/data analysis
Contacting and dealing with Japanese and Thai customers
Supporting sales members to solve problems whenever needed
Visiting clients for business development individually and with the team
Managing the tasks of the department
Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses
Target planning, sales forecasting, and market analysis
Engage other organizations within the community
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
Other tasks as assigned by MD
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male only, Age 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
5-10 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Manager preferably in FOOD industry
At least 3 years’ experience in Japanese company
Proactive, dynamic, well organized
Have knowledge about traditional trade
Have car and driving license
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Petchaburi Road Bangkok
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB
