Work Outline: Responsible for manage and control team for purchasing function.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Improvement purchasing activities and maintain purchasing system.
Manage and control team for purchasing function and related job.
Update necessary information from internal and external source.
Handle to assign and support job to subordinate.
Develop and improve supplier
Specify and control purchasing strategy to meet company target.
Develop and maintain improve inventory performance.
Develop and execute strategies, policies and practices as well as improving purchasing service and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise, motivate, and evaluate employees engaged in purchase activities.
Maintain and follow purchasing procedures to conform ISO standards.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 35-45 years
Bachelor’s in any fields
At least 10 years of working experience in Purchasing field
At least 3 years of working experience in Managerial level
Direct experience in coordinating with supplier
Strong management skills
Good command of English and Japanese (JLPT 2 up)
Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferable Skill / Experience
Working experience as Purchasing in Trading company
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level (N2 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk
Working Hour: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mon – Fri)
