Work Outline: To conduct training to those who are working in service industry at either own class room or client’s office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the instructional design of training courses, including their delivery, development, regulatory compliance, standards, and training material and delivering feedback on the effectiveness of the course material to the MD
Highlighting and developing opportunities to achieve efficient and effective training methods whilst continuously striving towards higher standards of service
Keeping up-to-date with current operational practices and maintaining excellent customer service skills at all times
Create the training program to train the new joiners
Create the Leadership & Management Training program for restaurant staff
Conducting training
Other tasks as assigned and discussed
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 28-45 years
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years’ experience in Managing restaurant or shop as a top management
*Well known place is highly preferred such as KFC, McDonald's and so on.
Experience in Customer Service (Hotel, Airline, Department Store, etc.) for more than 5 years.
PC Skill（Microsoft 0ffice）
No language skill is required.
Preferable Skill / Experience
Service-minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership with charisma
Coaching and public speaking talent

About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB Negotiable
