Work Outline Manage and be in charge of all matters related to maintenance and safety field
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage overall maintenance function since the beginning process
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Carry out inspections of company’s facilities to identify and resolve issues
Preventive and corrective maintenance in time limited from any request. And implementing preventing & maintenance schedules
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Allocate workload and supervise Facility Company to keep operational condition
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Initiate special project to minimize company cost with benefit
Weekly report to the team and management
Monitor equipment inventory and place order when necessary
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, male above 30 years of age
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or any related fields
At least 5 years working experience as Maintenance manager in retail business is a plus or any related fields
Good command of English (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
Computer skill (Microsoft office, AutoCAD)
Able to resolve problems after operational hours
Preferable Skill / Experience
Working experience in large company/organization having big buildings & Distribution Center would be advantageous

Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.30 (Mon-Fri) / Lunch hour from 12:00-13:30
