Responsibility:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Japanese top management.
- Handle all secretarial duties include computer work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned.
- Document translation and interpretation required for meetings (TH-Eng-JP).
- Organize and coordinate meeting, conference and visitor both local and regional.
- Manage/coordinate business presentations and reviews for meetings.
- Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activity follow-up and coordination work.
Qualification:
MUST
- Female, age 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- At least 3 year experience in Secretary or related field.
- Experienced in Japanese Company.
- Good command both written and spoken English & Japanese
Languages skills:
- English: Business Level
- Japanese: Business Level (JLPT 1-2)
Workplace Area: Ekkamai, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.30
