Position : Production Engineer Supervisor in Automotive Parts Manufacturing 

Location : Karawang

Resposibilities :

'1. Handling APQP activity

2. Managing start up new models

3. Conducting meeting regarding new model preparation

4. Control and handle machine problem

5. Control maintenance activity

6. Assist the superior to prepare & control PE Budget

7. Assist the superior in preparing meeting report for cost analyse PE Dept

Requirements :

1. Experience as a PE Supervisor min 3 years at automotive part industy

2. Experience to handle APQP activity

3. Experience Start up New model

4. Experience conduct meeting regarding new model preparation

5. Control maintenance activity

6. Control and handle machine problem

7. Familiar in preparing & controlling PE Budget

8. Experience Making meeting report for cost analyse PE Dept.

9. English minimum is conversational for both Speaking and Writing

Desirable Experiences :

1. Able to Speak Japanese

Desirable Character :

1. Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills

2. Can work underpressure

3.Highly motivated, Independent and can work as individual or team
