Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Handling export import process until documentation and reporting to Deputy Manager
2. Developing & Implementing an export import compliance program
3. Perform purchasing activities & control outsourcing/partner activities
4. Control account payable for purchase items & control outstanding PO (oversea) cooperation with vendors & users
5. Arrangement monthly meeting with partners (outsourcing) & control shipment
Requirements:
Have knowledge and experience with Export & Import regulatory and compliance, minimum 4 years experience, in Japanese Manufacturing Company
Good in negotiation skill, influencing skill, and analytical skill
Familiar with ERP system would be advantage
Good leadership, loyal, fast learner and hard worker
Good communication in English
Ready to be placed in MM2100
Desirable Experience:
Have worked in Japanese company as Exim & Purchasing
Desirable Character:
Able to work under pressure, communicative and able to corporate
