- Maintain employee data, organization chart and reporting
Training
- Induction and orientation for new employees
- Archive training records, maintain and reporting
- Collect training application required and find out the provider
- Training program arrangement, schedule and daily implementation
[Requirement]
- Min 3 years experience on in the same field
- Active English is a must
- Having good communication skills and aggressive.
- Proficient in Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point is a must
- Has experienced involve to improvement project
