Job Description
[Responsibilities]
• Conduct General Affair patrol, checking company facilities conditions .
• Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to General Affair matters for the management and company.
• Conducting checklist of general conditions of building, general facility, safety and environmental, then providing the improvement program.
• Other tasks related to General Affair
[Requirements]
・Has minimum 3-4 years experience as General Affair Staff
・Required English level is business level
[Desirable Experiences]
• Preferably has experience as General Affair Staff in Japanese Construction company
[Desirable Character]
・Have highly responsible towards own work
・Being able to care about others and pay attention to them.
