Job Description
Responsibilities
- Being responsible to set up new factory, handling document regarding with start up factory, negotiate with government, and consultant which is related with factory set up.
- To handle all administration and legal document related with factory set up
- To manage the set up of new system
- Create and manage recruitment plan, handling recruitment activity and creating company regulation
Requirement
1. Minimum 10 year experience in HR & GA field
2. Has at least 5 years experience in leading a team
3. Has wide network to government institution, police, and organisasi pemuda
4. Willing to be placed both in Jakarta and Bekasi area
5. Good commuication in english (oral & written)
Desired Experiences
- Has experience in Food manufacture company will be an advantage
- Has knowledge about setting up a new system will be an advantage
- Experience in Japanese company
