• Planning and organizing production schedules for 3 sections Injection, Assembly, and Painting
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• Implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
• Supervising the work of junior staff
• Organizing relevant training sessions
• Diploma Degree (D3)
• Minimum age 37 years old.
• Must have experience in plastic injection, assembly, and painting
• Strong personality and leadership.
• Able to work under pressure
• Having at least 8 years experiences as Production Manager, preferable from Automotive manufacturing.
• Able to communicate in Japanese

- Good communication and interpersonal skill
