Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Creating a sales plan based on the annual sales target and lead the team to achieve the volumes and revenues target
2. Managing and Directing the uitilization of products through the sales team
3. Responsible to deliver the sales plan & strategy towards the whole sales field through their ASM (Area Sales Manager)
4. Responsible to prepare the Sales Report and reporting it directly to the Sales Director in headquarter (Jakarta)
Requirement
1. Minimum 7 years experience as sales in FMCG business (esp personal care product)
2. Strategic thinking with superior business judgement
3. Superior communication, leadership & people management skill
4. Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
5. Good commuication in english (oral & written)
Desired Experiences
- Experience in handling Personal care product or Baby product
- Experience in working with distributor of Personal care product or Baby product
- Experience in Japanese company
