Receptionist and Adminstration

In Jakarta


Responsibilities:

* Organize meeting room allocation 

* Greeting and receiving guest / visitor 

* Answer, screen, and forward any incoming calls 

* Arrange delivery of mail / package to external parties 

* Receive and sort daily incoming and outgoing mail, fax, deliveries

* Support administrative job



Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as receptionist, 

• Honest, good appearance, good attitude, agile, neat, communicative, detail, initiative


-Has experienced as Receptionist or Administration

-Able to speak English well
