Job Description

[Responsibility]

- Managing for employee's performance & Appraisal, training, development and objective setting

- Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining a harmony of Industrial relationship, managing employee grievance and handling employee disputes.

- Ensure Legal compliance of human resources management practices

- Lead in the negotiation of employment agreement and in advising on employee discipline and the application of indonesia labor law.

- Expertise in handle labor union

- Have an excellent skill in analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning and organizat


[Qualification]

- Min. 10 years working experience handling complex industrial relation especially for manufacture company around 500 employee

- Required skill(s): Labor Law & Practice, Industrial Relation, Negotiation, Good communicator,  

- In depth knowledge about Indonesian labor law and regulation

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
