Job Description
Position : Finance Assistant Manager in Fashion Retail
Report to : President Director
Work Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities :
* Responsible for accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and analysis in accordance with company group accounting policies
* Review of financial processes and establishes/updates written procedures for all major finance and accounting activities
* Lead the accounting, tax and finance team and make sure all team members have job allocation to fir their skills and ensure growth opportunities to keep all team members motivated and satisfied
* Participates in reviewing contracts with business partners to ensure that no adverse financial terms are included in the contracts
* Support the stores in any financial transactions and commnunication with the Bank
* Managers the company's cash flows by keeping up to date long term forcasts and comparing expected cash requirements with expected cash position
* Responsible for mothly purchase reconciliations with vendors and review vendor's invoice/expense requests, supporting documents and ensures correctness of taxes to be withheld before processing for payment
* Prepares monthly calculation of cost of goods sold
* Reviews accounts receivable reconciliation and ensure proper follow - up is taken with banks to ensure correct settlement of sales transactions
* Reviews monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash count result
* Makes sure intercompany transactions are properly recharged and balances are agreed with the counterparties
* Reviews the need to capitalize fixed assets and ensures proper listing of assets in maintaned
* Prepares quaterly consolidation report both of the shareholders
* Prepares annual statutory financial statements and is the key contact point with the auditors
* Guides and monitor performance of the external consultants and ensure good banking relationships
* Perticipates in determining the guidelines for financial risk management to protect the company from adverse impacts of for example foreign currencu transactions
Requirements :
* At least 5 years experience as Ass. Manager or Manager in Accounting/Finance/Tax fields
* Good communication in English both oral and writen
* Strong in Taxation
* Very strong Leadership skill
* Very strong skill and knowledge in finance/accounting systems ( both manual and computerized)
* Very strong analytical and logical thinking
* max 27 - 40 years old
