Job Description
Position : Engineering Section Head in Electrical Manufacture
Report to :Plant Manager
Work Location: Cikarang
Responsibilities :
To Assist Manager for overall activities of Engineering Department including but not limited to :
• Initiate, lead and launch overall New Product Introduction activities and manage the entire project cost expense
• Act as bridge between Engineering and manufacturing to understand early phase development from a manufacturing and feasibility aspect
• Manage risk efficiently with a flair to assign resources and deploy effectively
• Examine, inspect, analyze and manage the entire cost plan
• Interact with cross functional heads – Process, Engineering, Material Suppliers to meet overall product requirements for Production activities
• Propose and product reliable solutions based on knowledge of products leading to shorter lead time and more quality
• Promote Continuous Improvement activities in the realms of Production, Maintenance and Equipment, Quality, Design and Supply Chain to drive improvement in quality, productivity and cycle time
• Delegate issues to team effectively
Requirements :
1. Min 10 years experience in Engineering, min. 3 years as in Managerial Level
2. Have good at mathematics (basic science)
3. Has a good English skill in speaking and writing as well
4. Good at Microsoft software application (Excel, Word, Power point, MS Project, etc.)
5. Good understanding on standard such IEC, ANSI, NEMA, JEC, JIS, ASME, SNI, and other related technical standard.
6. Have know-how about Gas Insulated Swichgear
7. Good at reading technical document such as specification, drawing, single line diagram, etc.
8. Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process control tecniques
9. 32- 45 years old
