Job Description
Position : HR Officer in Engineering Consultant
Report to : HR & GA Manager
Working Location : Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities
1. Being responsible to handle all the recruitment process : placing advertisement, developing contacts with recruting sources, interviewing, managing orientation process
2. Being responsible to handle employees welfare plan
3. Being responsible to handle payroll, jamsostek, BPJS, employees' insurance and employees' income tax
4. Being in charge of employees training plan and process
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR officer
- Excellent knowledge in HR Policies and Procedures
- Able to speak & Write in English
Desirable Experiences
- Have experience in Japanese company
- Have experience in conducting recruitment, training and education for employees
Desirable Character
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem solver orientation
