A Plastic Injection Manufacture company is looking for HR & General Affair Manager position with details as below.
Responsibilities
- Handling all HR&GA functions : recruitment, training & development, compensation, payroll system, contract, organizational development, and performance management, facilities maintenance, company asset, etc
- Resolves employee concerns related to health and welfare plans
- Conduct full cycle recruitment of employees : placing advertisement, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, managing orientation process
- Manage staff training and development program
Requirement
・Having minimum 10 year experiences in HR & GA field
・Having working experiences in Manufacture company, preferably from Japanese manufacture
・Fluent in English (Japanese skill would be advantages)
・Domicile in Bekasi area or willing to work in Bekasi area.
