- Car and driver management; expenses control (gasoline, toll, parking, driver overtime, maintenance), insurance claim, both of fix asset or rental.
- Office building management (copier machine, furniture, Air Conditioner, electricity, cleaning service, interior re-layout).
- Fix asset and inventory control.
- Mobile phone expenses, service and its replacement
- Document management control; retrieval, storage until disposal.
- Conduct improvement on General Affairs area.
- Risk management on General Affairs area.
- Promoting 5S activities and improving working environment
- Control all expenses on General Affairs area.
[Skill and Experience]
- Min 3 years experience on General Affairs in multinational company
- Active English is a must (Japanese will be an advantage)
- Having good communication skills and aggressive.
- Proficient in Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point is a must
- Has experienced involve to improvement project.
[Remuneration]
- Monthly basic salary
- Meal and Transport Allowance
