• Possess communication and interpersonal skill to work cross-functional team
• Strong skill in Excel is a must and ability to analyze and process the data.
• Full initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
Job Description
1. Make Sales Order Report ; update daily Sales Report, Processing Purchase Order into Sales Order
2. Check Delivery vs Sales Order ; analyze between Sales Order vs Delivery
3. Update delivery instruction from vendor, analyse & make proposal for quantity in the DI
4. Invoice processing; separate and analyze invoice from vendors Comparing between Sales Order and tracking expenses, Monitoring the Account Receivable from customer
5. Supporting Supply Chain administration, make Inventory Report; track & analyse for inventory in warehouse and update related to delivery, aging and stock
