- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
- Consulting with internal business partners, such as department heads and management, to assess benefits, compensation and compliance needs.
- Assess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
- Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
- Follow the Regional standard regulation
[Skill and Experience]
- Have minimal 5 years of Experience in Managerial position related with C&B field.
- Have a good skill set and capability in Managing Compensation and Benefit Area
- Familiar with Hay & Mercer System
- Familiar with in income tax and accounting report
- Have experience in managing HRIS System
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written

- Monthly basic salary
