Position : R&D Manager for Automotive Industry
Work Location : Kelapa Gading, Jakarta
Responsibility:
Responsible in monitoring defect in trial process, follow up the opening and the closing of trial.
'Researching new information and data for products and market development
Analyze the market and technologiical development
Involve in technical issue, such as providing technical advice, knowledge and skills
Responsible in setting targets and schedules for the team and maintain / control the pace of the work progress
Involved in inventory planning
Analyze the examination on products, and follow up the progress.
Preparing R&D Matters report to the GM and President Director.
Team work orientation & capable to coordinate with other department during development phase
Requirements:
Someone who has a good communication and analytical skills
Experience in automotive industry
Ability to read technical drawing
Ability to lead a team and develop each members
Understands Catia 2D & 3D software designs
Desirable Characters:
Someone who can work well within flexible schedule
Someone who can work under pressure
