1. To be responsible for tax, accounting, and finance fields
2. Preparation of budget, financial projection, financial statement, taxation issue, financing, payment etc
3. Responsible for Cash Planning & Monitoring, Cash Control Activity, Develop Budget/Forecast Annual Report, Manage Tax Activity, Tax Auditing and related matters
4. Direct and monitor a variety of accounting activities to ensure that the organization’s financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
5. These activities may include accounts payable and receivable; General ledger maintenance; Financial analysis and reporting; budgeting, revenue, and asset accounting
6. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure that accounting activities are completed accurately and on time

8. Prepare, review and analyze monthly financial reports and ensuring reporting
9. To explain financial situation and business performance to management
10. Evaluate current capital expenditure and depreciation
11. Reviewing budget and verify the accuracy of journal entries
12. Verification of any tax
13. Review procedure and policies relates to Finance, Accounting, Logistic and HRD
14. Ensure compliance with research and resolve issues related to financial reporting systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
15. Prepare and analyze financial statements and notes, make recommendation with regard to the accounting of reverse assets and/or the corresponding expenditure
16. Explain the financial situations and business
17. Supervise Human Resources operations
18. Supervise Human Resources operations financial strategies development
19. Support Management by providing Human Resources and Legal advises.
[Requirements]
- Excellent Tax, Logistic, Accounting, Finance, HR and Legal skill.
- Excellent ability to analyze financial data.
- Have working experience in BIG 5 public accounting firm.
- Have good knowledge in HR Regulation.
- At least 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent in management skill, leadership and strategies business planning and implementation.
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university with related background.
- Leadership, firm, excellent communication.
- Has Tax Brevet.
[Remuneration]
Monthly net salary : IDR 40.000.000 - IDR 45.000.000
