1. Develop organization strategies by identifying human resources issues, contributing to organization strategic thinking and direction, and establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
2. Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent management, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefits, training and development, record management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relation and retention and labour relation
3. Support management by providing human resources advice, counseling, analyze information for decision making process
4. Complies with government requirements, anticipating legislation, advising management on needed actions
5. Responsible to handle various risks related with human resources and environment, coordinate with other department head
[Skill and Experience]
- Minimum 15 years in Human Resources matter
- Have long working experience from manufacture company
- Have long experience handling Union Labor in company
- Deep knowledge and understanding of HR in all spectrum/aspects, especially performance management/development, reward managements
[Remuneration]
- Monthly Basic salary
- Company car + Driver
