- Overall responsible for the company’s Accounting and Finance matters including the implementation of financial accounting systems
- Responsible for the review/analysis of accounts reports submitted by respective staffs. This includes overal responsibilities for correct costing and make periodic validation between standard and acual costing.
- Responsible in the preparation and submission of management accounting reports on-time.
- To be responsible in ensuring compliance with all local and corporate statutory laws, rules and regulations at all times.
- To continuously motivate, train and develop personnel under the department ensuring work efficiency and espousing team spirit amongst peers and be a proactive overall team leader in the department.
- Responsible in the preparation of the annual budgets in close coordination with the other members of the management team.
- Design & implement Finance Accounting system & procedure
- Oversee the preparation of financial report and handle tax related matter of the company
- Provide strategic recommendation to the management based on financial analyst and projection
- Manage cash flow and provide financial forecast for the management
- Liase with external auditor on the preparation of audited financial report
[Skill and Experience]
'- At least 6 years experience in a computerized environment, MUST from Banking & Finance.
- Have Managerial Experience for 3-4 years
- Able to persist in punctuality and correctness of the job without compromise.
Excellent verbal and written English skill.
