OB DESCRIPTION
■Assist GM/Vice President of SEA
Our companies’ headquarters are in Japan. Globally our operations are run through regional centers. The currently biggest regional center is Southeast Asia (SEA), consisting of Indonesia, Bangladesh and Cambodia, soon to come will be Myanmar. Our GM/VP Southeast Asia is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The need has occurred to close an eminent communication gap between the SEA regional operations HQs and Japan, and with it the entire back office in Japan. Your task will be to support the GM/VP in his daily communications through your fluent bilingual skills in Japanese/English (both speaking and writing), to plan, organize and record all meetings (both locally and domestically) and to be responsible to write/record and file all meeting minutes, also its distribution afterwards and follows ups. With your ability to communicate you will be the centre of communication to and from JPN in Southeast Asia.
■Communication with Japan office (Mainly Asia marketing team)
Through same credentials as above, you will also be responsible with similar tasks within our AMT (Asia Marketing Team). Also centered in Indonesia under the GM/VPs responsibility, these teams - currently 2 in Bangladesh and Indonesia - will continue to grown, internally but also within other SEA areas, and your job will be to close all communication gaps from all regions to Japan and back.
REQUIREMENT
■have work experience Min 3~5 years
■Have experience to use on bussiness by English and Japanese
(both reading and writing)
■Be able to Interpret and translate on bussiness
(※interpret Japanese and Indonesian to English
Interpret the English to Japanese and Indonesian
Interpret the Indonesian in Japanese and English)
■Be able to go to Indonesian domestic and foreign on business trip
■Good communication skills
REMUNERATION
Basic Salary:Around 10JT
