Job Description :
* Support the expatriat to Collect information about New Projects by communicationg with the Local people
* Listing up the new clients, approaching, making appointments and give presentation, make contract, maintain the relationship
* Dealing with the Contract/agreement that made ( To make sure about the contract contents, including the budget calculation)
* Report to Management about the Contract and the type of construction as client request.
Requirements :
'- Good English skill both in oral and written
'- Have 3+ years working experience in Real estate development industry/ construction industry
(if from construction industry, need to have high interest in moving to the real estate development side from the design/construction side)
- Good communication skills and have ability to infiltrate with the Commercial business Clients
Preferable requirements :
Having either of these experiences;
(process of real estate development)
1) Research and negotiation with the investors and land owners,
2) Issuing legal drafts and have experience in negotiation with the stake holders
3) Planning the real estate, estimating the cost and profit, designing the plan to maximize the revenue
4) Project management in the construction phase and after
Remuneration :
Basic salary, Allowances, THR, Yearly bonus
