Job Description :
· Handle all affairs related to HR under the direction of HR manager and support them to maximize their performance.
· Providing a support for Consider and propose the personnel management system and personnel structure, according to the company's current situation.
· Handle the recruitment matters and achieve the target
· Collaborate with the Japanese expats, and absorb the Shimizu way of thinking and realize it by reflecting it to the HR system
Requirements :
・Fluency Speak & Written English.
・At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
・Able to handle the roles written above.
・ Able to realize the plan by finishing the action (not only thinking and talking, make things come into actual)
Preferable requirements :
・Japanese skill.
・HR or psychological background
