Hellp Recruit Staff and Develop Job Descriptions , person specifications , Check Applications and select Candidates
Help Undertake Regular Salary Reviews
Help Negotiate with staff and their representatives on issue relatiing to pay and conditions
Help nterpret and advise on employement regulations
Help Arrange meetings and appopintments and organize travel for staff
Help Devise and maintain office systems
Help Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contracts
help Maintain continuity among corporate , divisions , and local working teams by documenting and communicating actions , irregularities and continuing needs
help achieve financial obejctives by anticipating requirements , submiting informations for budget preparations, schedulling expenditures
Requirement
Minimum 2 years in Admin or willing to work as admin
Experiences Correspondences in Japanese & English
Preferable
Job experience at japanese company , Manufacturing company or trading company
Experiences in establishment / Company regulations
