<Job Description>
• Proactively supporting Datacenter Service Manager in running his daily/monthly activities to meet objectives defined.
• Operating, maintaining, and ensuring IT infrastructure exists in Datacenter running and maintained properly, including performing troubleshooting activity (if an incident/problem occurred) until the incident / problem resolve in a timely manner, especially in the environment.
• Enforcing and conducting SOP & WI which related to IT infrastructure defined to be executed and running properly
• Ensuring SLA & OLA defined never breach and always meet targets or commitment by conducting ITSM & ITIL methodology properly.
<Requirement>
• Familiar with Microsoft Server Product (minimum Windows Server) and have a technical competency & a lot of experience in administering, maintaining, improving and troubleshooting In IBM AIX environment
• Familiar with network device, storage, data center environment, backup technology, active directory, file share, and Ms. Exchange and other IT Infra peripherals.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Visio
• Experienced with DC environment
• Hand on VmMware virtualization system
• Hands on in IBM Tivoli Backup Technology
• Smart, intelligent, open minded, willing to learn, cooperative
<Remunerations>
Salary : Rp 7,000,000 - Rp 10,000,000/Gross (Meal and Transportation included)
