Acquiring client (70%)
• Make a sales list
• Cold call at least 2-30 calls a day
• (Ideally) Make two appointments daily
• Collect information about potential client and report it on daily basis
• Meeting with potential and current client
• Making detailed minutes meeting
• Make a convincing strategic PR proposal
• Make a logical and profitable quotation
• Distribute workload to consultants who support the account
Maintaining acquired client (30%)
• Manage acquired account for maintenance
• Project management
• Develop press release/article
• Research for making strategy and project preparation
• Arrangement of vendors for proceeding project
• Work with media relation team consultant team
• Maintain the quality of the client service, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation activities in accordance with the specific campaign strategies in the formulation of its working groups
• Get to know about the industry and media (update any news from Lifestyle (Fashion, Travel, F&B, Sports), Healthcare & Beauty, Automotive & Transportation, IT, Telecommunication, Finance & Banking, Government and Hospitality industry)
[Skill & Experience]
・Excellent hearing and understanding ability to grasp the client's situaton and needs accurately
・Excellent ability to think the ideal PR plan for each client, according to the client situation and needs
・Excellent sales promotion and presentation skill to propose the PR plan and convince the client
・English proficiency
・High motivation and passion
・Proficient to make a marketing propposal
・Sales experience in the same or similar industry (media, PR, AD)
*Not a company PR admin person, but those who have consulted and provided PR services
